Nirvana Villa at
Silver Creek,
Florida
To
reach Silver Creek you turn right from the very end of the famous Highway
192 on to the H27, and one mile on, at the second set of
traffic lights, drive another mile through residential
Woodridge and Clear Creek into the hidden jewel of Silver
Creek. The lush green, freshly landscaped entrance, pastel
shaded homes and flowering trees will give you a taste of
Disney before you even get to the parks! There are two
seating areas surrounded by flowers, the second is next to our new Crusoe’s
Royal Treehouse adventure play-set for the under tens, so
you can keep a relaxed eye on your little ones!
Nirvana offers peace and quiet, the
perfect place to relax and unwind, while at the same time it
is only about 15 minutes from the nearest Disney Park. This
makes it ideally placed to return to in the middle of the
day should you wish to, for rest from the hustle and bustle
of the Parks, before returning for the evening activities,
especially the spectacular fireworks.
For your peace of
mind, the house has a monitored alarm, to be set every time
it is left unoccupied.
Our home is on one of the largest plots on the development,
with the rear of the house facing just south of west, so
that the pool area gets sunshine most of the day. Even
though the nearest home is 40ft away, we have a pool area
which is screened by a 5ft hedge either side, but open to
the view over the conservation area to the rear. You can
observe the local bird life, which includes sandhill cranes,
little and large egrets, black and turkey vultures, hawks,
herons, ibis and many smaller species.

details.
Highlands Reserve
Set atop
one of the highest areas in the region, Highlands
Reserve is not your typical Florida golf course.
This championship design by Mike Dasher gives you
tree-lined fairways reminiscent of the Carolinas,
open spacious fairways likened to the great Scottish
courses, and a bit of old Florida with citrus trees
dotting the countryside. Large, fast, undulating
greens make this course challenging and fun for all
levels of golfers with water coming into play on
just one hole. It's a very sporty course and
although it's a tad shorter in length, it can still
be a bit tough if your game's not on! Conveniently
located just minutes your villa at Silver Creek.
Polo
Park
Polo
Park Golf Course is a 9-hole executive length
golf course in Davenport, Florida. This short
layout will reward good shots and provide a fun
golf outing for everyone.
Orange Lake - The Legends
Opened in 1998 as a tribute to golf legend
Arnold Palmer, Orange Lake's Legends Course has
quickly become one of Orlando's most popular
courses. Laid out by Palmer Course Design, the
course provides two distinct nine-hole layouts.
The front side has been named The Links Nine for
its open feel, which reminds one of playing the
great links of Scotland and Ireland. The back
nine, or The Pines, has tight, tree-lined
fairways similar to the great American layouts
in the Pinehurst area of North Carolina.
Combined, the course provides an extremely
entertaining and challenging round of golf, with
water bordering on just 10 holes.
Orange Lake - The Reserve
Make
sure to check out the newest of Orange Lake's
signature gems, The Reserve. This phenomenal
par-71 golf experience highlights the harmony
between perfectly manicured greens and the
carefully preserved surrounding wetlands, home
to a variety of native plants and wildlife.
Champions Gate
This
world-class 36-hole facility, designed by
Greg Norman, opened in the fall of 2000. The
facility boasts two distinct courses - the
National and the International.
Although Norman designed the International
as an "Australian links," it was also
clearly influenced by his British Open
success and features a wild, windswept
appearance. The fairways are peppered with
devilish pot bunkers, making it a tough
challenge to safely reach small, slick
greens. At a stretch of over 7,300 yards, it
has one of the highest course ratings in the
state ~ truly unique, challenging, and
memorable.
The National was designed as a classic
American-style layout that rolls gently
through 200 acres of southern woodlands and
wetlands. The layout's key trait is
diversity with wall-to-wall fairway bunkers
running up along holes 12 through 16, three
double doglegs, a massive double-green
shared by the fourth and 16th holes, and a
sunken fairway on the seventh. Impeccably
maintained, the National boasts a pristine,
natural golf experience without bordering
homes or developments.
So for your next golfing trip - stay at
Nirvana at Silver Creek and we'll make sure
everything is on par.
