 Once you have
decided to visit
Nirvana there will
be no need to take
anything but your
clothes with you, as
we provide you with
all the towels and
bedding you will
need, including baby
bedding.
The pool
deck is
already
40ft
away
from the
nearest
house
and the
privacy
is
further
enhanced
by a 5ft
evergreen
hedge on
each side
while
giving
you a
view to
the rear
over the
conservation
area.
This
area
gives
ample
room for
all,
whether
relaxing
on one
of the
padded
chairs
under
the 16ft
x 12ft
lanai or
in the
full sun
on one
of the
comfortable
loungers.
Take a
dip in the generous sized 33ft x 16ft pool or relax in the bubbling spa.
Shower
off
afterwards
using
the
pool-deck
outside
shower. Both
the pool
and spa
waters can be heated,
and the spa can
be
heated
separately.
In the
winter
we provide
a pool
blanket
enabling
the pool
to
conserve
its heat
when not
being
used.
Then
come the
evening
you can
all
gather round
the
large
table to
dine alfresco.
Maybe a
BBQ or
even a
takeout,
the
choice
is
yours.
Then
after
dinner
sit with
a cold
glass of
something
and
listen
to the
sounds
around
you or
even
watch
the
fantastic
Florida
sunsets
and plan
your
activities
for the
following
day.
You may
even
fancy a
cold
drink in
the spa
under
the
stars.
 The
games room
has a
stand-alone
air-conditioning
unit, and an
overhead fan
to keep you
cool while
you are
enjoying the
pool table,
table tennis
table,
foosball or
darts board.
We have also
insulated
the garage
door, to
make sure
the morning
sun does not
overheat the
room. For
those who
only wish to
watch, or
recover from
their
exertions,
there are
two bean
bags to sit
on.
 There
are five luxurious
colour themed
bedrooms, with very
deep (11”)
pillow-top
mattresses on all
eight beds for
serene slumber. All
have quiet ceiling
fans with overhead
lighting, and at
night the air
conditioning is set
to 74 F to keep you
pleasantly cool.
Downstairs,
overlooking the
pool, is the
impressive red and
gold Ruby Poolside
Master, appointed
with a US King bed,
25 inch cable TV and
DVD on a chest
easily seen from the
bed, an Ipod docking
station and large
walk-in closet.
There is a generous
bathroom with corner
bath and separate
shower. This
bathroom has a door
on to the pool deck,
and is intended for
use by those in wet
costumes, so
avoiding the need to
dry off before
walking through the
family room to the
bathroom.
In the closet there
is a combination
safe, which is
bolted to the floor.
You will find a
generous dresser
with a large mirror,
two nightstands, and
the walls hung with
several original
landscape oil
paintings. There is
a cordless
telephone,
clock/radio,
hairdryer and hair straighteners. For
extra comfort there
is a ceiling fan
with overhead
lights.
 The
green and stone
coloured Egyptian
Room has a Queen
bed, onyx lamps,
papyrus pictures and
other artefacts of
Ancient Egypt. This
room has its own
bathroom, which has
a large
double-seated shower
area, making it
ideal for those a
little unsteady on
their feet. The
bathroom can be a
dedicated master, as
well as being the
bathroom available
to others during the
day. The choice is
yours. There
is a generous dresser beside the bed, and a cable 19" flatscreen TV plus
DVD player on a small nightstand.
There is a
hairdryer,
clock/radio, and
ceiling fan with
overhead lighting.
 Upstairs
is the turquoise
Emerald Master, with
a large window
giving a View over
the wild wetland
beyond the pool.
Here is fascinating
bird life, all the
better to be seen
with the binoculars
provided. There is a
similar bathroom to
the Poolside Master
below, a US King and
a Twin (Single) bed,
and its own walk-in
closet. On the walls
are landscape
pictures and flower
studies. In this
closet you will find
the baby equipment,
which includes three
cribs, two strollers
and a high chair.
You are provided
with a 20inch cable
TV and DVD player,
an Ipod docking
station, hair dryer, clock/radio, and ceiling
fan with overhead
lighting.
 The
Blue Ocean Room has
pictures of the
ocean and dolphins,
sailing ships and
yachts. Instead of
the abstract blue
pattern comforters,
as an alternative,
'Little Mermaid'
design comforters
are available for
discerning
children. There is
a cable TV and DVD
player, hair
dryer, clock/radio,
ceiling fan and
overhead lighting,
plus a selection of soft toys in case
you have left Teddy behind. Just make
sure you leave him behind for the next
person to enjoy. This room shares a
'Jack and Jill'
bathroom with The
Green Room.
The
Green Room has
Disney and Fairy
Tale pictures, and
'Scooby Doo on
Safari' as the
connoisseurs'
comforters, if
required. There is
a cable TV, DVD
player, hair
dryer, clock/radio,
and ceiling fan with
overhead lighting.
This room shares a
'Jack and Jill'
bathroom with The
Blue Ocean Room.
The
lounge area at the
front of the house
has sumptuous
leather sofas
especially for the
adults to escape the
family room. It has
a coffee table and
matching side table
with a table lamp,
and an uplighter for
extra lighting if
you wish to curl up
and read. There is
a 32" LCD cable TV
with over 300 TV and
music channels, some
HD, including a UK
soccer channel,
plus a DVD for those
wishing to watch
something different
from the rest of the
party.
 Beyond the Italian
leather sofas there
is a large glass
topped dining table
with intimate
lighting from a low
hanging chandelier.
There are luxurious
dining chairs for
eight, ideal
for that
special meal. The
side table has a
decanter and glasses
set, cocktail shaker
and ice bucket for
relaxing aperitifs
or after dinner
tipples.
The kitchen has a
circular
glass-topped table,
with six comfortable
chairs for a quick
breakfast, before
venturing off to the
Parks. There is a
large cooker,
fridge, dishwasher
and many other
electrical items
including a slow
cooker so you
can have a hot meal
ready and waiting
when you get home
from the parks.
It is extremely well
equipped, with
everything you might
need to prepare
anything from a
quick snack to a
feast. There is even
a rack of spices for
keen cooks! We have
provided you with
ample chinaware,
silverware and
glasses, including
plastic ware for the
pool area.
 Adjoining
the kitchen there is
a utility area with
washer and dryer,
clothes airer and
laundry baskets. In
the adjacent closet,
you will find a
supply of washing
powder, dishwasher
tablets, soap and
other extras that
are so necessary,
including
night-lights for the
children, so they
can see where they
are in a strange
house. We also
provide you with two
cooler boxes for
taking picnics on
visits to the Water
Parks or beaches.
Next to the
kitchen is the
family room,
giving direct
access via the
alarmed patio
doors to the
pool area. There
is seating for
up to eight on

entertainment
